Residence Buildings Foundation LebensART Bärau

The new replacement buildings are the largest residential buildings for elderly people and people with disabilities by then.

The previous buildings were built in 1970s, which can no longer meet the requirements. The new replacement buildings are completely re-planned to develop a living concept for this area, as well as to build by then the largest timber nursing home in the Minergie standard. The buildings excel in offering the highest standard of living comfort and quality for the residents. In 2015, the buildings were built up to increase the capacity of the area.

The key is that quality and cost-effectiveness are two factors which cannot be viewed in isolation. Working with Renggli brought us both. Peter Ducommun, CEO Stiftung LebensART
