In a sustainable area in the Würzburg Hubland, a new residential building project will be developed, aiming to offer 16 apartments, a public place and a underground car park.
The residential complex consists of two four-storey apartment buildings, connecting to each other via the underground garage. The building dimensions are about 18m × 52m. They will be built in cross-laminated timber (CLT). Both buildings have basement, which, as well as the car park and the staircase cores, are built in reinforced concrete.
Through this project, Renggli International AG demonstrates strong competence in both advanced closed-panelised timber construnction system and CLT construction.
