This residential building provides demand-oriented accommodation for 50 elderly people who do have disabilities.
A staggered arrangement of the residential groups divides the building into different sections, and creates attractive outdoor space. The natural wood shingles of the facade add to a subtle appearance to the building. Meanwhile, the color design based on the concept of the artist Jean Pfaff creates individuality inside the building and helps the residents to orient themselves.
