This residential building in the center of Lausanne reserved the space for a two-story extension on top.
The building owner would like to offer five more rental apartments by a two-story extension in timber construction. Timber was his first choice of building material, because it has low net weight, can be built quickly, and can reduce the GHG emissions significantly. The new tenants will benefit from an ecological construction and enjoy the fantastic view over Lausanne.
